We know that the most important issue facing businesses today is attracting and retaining skilled employees. Often, training is not given the importance and consideration required to ensure the kind of motivated and inspired workforce needed.
As budgets become leaner, successful managers and business leaders will quickly respond that employee training is a “must do” and a critical factor in enhancing any company’s return on investment. For this reason we partner with businesses to provide on-site and customisd training to meet the growing needs. We also offer a Leadership Toolkit so that they can create their own in-house training centre.
As we believe that Leadership comes in many forms, we concentrate on providing courses which will make a difference to groups who will be our most inspirational leaders of tomorrow.
Young Entrepreneurs:
We have created a programme especially for young people in schools (Y9 – 12) who are keen to explore their entrepreneurial skills, get a firm grounding in practical business management and put the learning into practice by selling in our LEARN TO EARN programme.
Third Sector:
With the changes in accountability and growing regulation in the third sector, we have created the PRACTICAL CAPACITY BUILDING course.
Social entrepreneurs:
As a business with primarily social objectives, whose surpluses are reinvested in the business or in the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit for shareholders or owners the leadership needs of social entrepreneurs are addressed in our LEARN TO LEAD programme.
Managers in Further and Higher Education:
As the creators and winners of the only award by the Learning and Skills Council in 2003, Megamorphose innovates by tackling the real challenges in Further and Higher Education in the FIRST LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME.
