• We’re based in London. We work all over the UK, Europe, US and Caribbean.
• We offer training and coaching in English, French and Spanish.
• We are a team of trained and qualified professional accredited coaches from a range of industry backgrounds and have leadership experience up to and including senior management level
• Our qualifications include MBA’s Masters Levels in Coaching, mentoring and development, using psychometric questionnaires and external coaching accreditation.
• As qualified coaches, we draw on many approaches, depending on the individual and the context. These include NLP, cognitive behavioural, solutions-focused coaching, appreciative inquiry and transpersonal coaching.
• We all subscribe to the ethical codes of key professional bodies (ICF, EMCC, and Association for Coaching).
• We all undergo supervision as standard practice to maintain our own professional competence.
