How the Leadership training works

In order to ensure that we work together in the most beneficial way to our clients Leadership training needs, we examine your current performance measures, the training methodology required (leadership development seminars, team development activities, management training program, management training seminars, skills, management, soft skills training, executive coaching) and your desired outcomes.

Based on timeframe, budget and definition of leadership, we create a proposal which may include leadership development, leadership and development, team building, team development, management training, leadership coaching, executive coaching.

How our Executive Coaching works

At the beginning of any Executive coaching agreement, the coaching objectives are established in a three way contract between the sponsoring organisation, the Client and the Executive Coach.  To ensure that the Executive coach and the client are a good match, a chemistry meeting is held to ensure he, or she, feels there is the right relationship match.  Our contracts contain a mid-term and completion review of the achievement of the executive coaching objectives.

We are able to offer our clients a completely unique coaching experience as we do not have a standard approach or programme.  As a result, we tailor each coaching intervention to suit the needs of our clients so that their coaching objectives are met.  To arrange an initial consultation with us, please contact us.
